On the way office, I found Azaleas blooming!

I learned from a blog

I was reading a blog.

She was talking about a commonality between train of marathon and her life.
I have been impressed by her consideration and realization from her conversation with her friend.

What she did was
1. looked back on her train for marathon.
2. reflected for her last running and thought reasons.
3. noticed a trend and found out the trend was not only happened in her marathon training but also in her rest of the day to day life.
4. learned "Every kind of training we do is an opportunity to learn. Every opportunity is a choice. Every choice is your future."

After I read this blog, I found one of my idea was not enough to think and reach the point because I learned "a training we do is related to a training for our life" through my training for many kinds of sports and I literally understand the meaning but it was not quite clear. Then I now know the meaning of "a training we do relate to a training for our life".

I have been thinking "there is nothing meaningless in my life", but if I think one thing more related to the rest of the day or my life, I might find more opportunities to learn, notice more meaningful aspect from the opportunities, and change my future.

Long-Distance Relay

Today, I run a long-dinstance relay with my business colleague.

The weather was cloudy and chilly but it was nice for running. I run 5 km.

Relay is different from marathon．We need to run with high speed and it's hard but relay is easy to push myself for running speed.

It was good training for speed-up.

Race

Good morning!
I just arrived at the bank of the Arakawa River.

Today, I am going to run 5 km for a relay road race.


I want to enjoy the race!!

Spring

Today, the weather was nice and warm during daytime.

I went to a annual health checkup and when I was out the building, I found flowers in front of a building..

It was nice to notice these small spring sign.

Enjoy Running

It is nice, warm and comfortable to go outside for exercise.

The weather is becoming nice for running!

Leaving

I stayed Osaka only 2 hours.
I am already on the train bound for Tokyo.

Cherry blossoms

According to the weather forecast, tomorrow is rain. So today might be the last chance to enjoy these beautiful cherry blossoms in this year.

That's why I left my house a little earlier and I got off the train at the last station walked longer with watching these wonderful cherry blossoms.

I think everyone like cherry  blossoms because we are able to enjoy them only in a short term in a year.

Sendai

I am heading to Sendai.

Skiing

I went to ski!!

I really like snow mountains and skiing.

Today's my missions were

1. find a good snowboarder 

2. ski

I woke up 5am and left a station at 5:40.

I arrived a ski resort at 8:10 and I started skiing after 9.

 

I didn't expect good snow in April but it was nice especially at morning and it was wonderful weather!!!!

I did ski running for couple times and I found good snowboarders quickly and I finished my missions before lunch.

 

Then, on the train bound for Tokyo, I got a good lunch!!!!

It was nice and wonderful short trip.

Cherry blossoms

Today is my working day.
So I left my house a little earlier and I waked from the station which I used yesterday.

It is takes 15 to 20 min by walk from the station to the office. and there are many cherry blossom trees on the way.

It is also nice weather.
I  am taking many pictures!

Start blooming!!

It is comming!!!
Cherry blossoms start blooming this week. I can see cherry blossom trees everywhere in Japan.

Today, the weather is wonderful day.
I am going to walk to the office from a little farther station with my camera.

I already saw many people had camera and took pictures♪

A Beautiful Spring

On the way school, I found cherry blossom trees in a small park.

It was really nice and warm day and it made flowers start blooming.

I like this season.

Bad Storm

A cyclogenesis brings really bad weather all over Japan now!!
This weather is like typhoon, both strong wind and rain come at the same time.

Everybody went home earlier today!!
I came late so I am going to go home late tonight. I hope the weather ill be better by the time when  I leave.

Everyone, be careful and don't go out if it possible!!!
