For my reserch and experiments, Dr. Yamano and Dr. Matsumoto help me so much.
They
always give me good advices and wonderful ideas for my research. These
help me a lot and encourage me so much because I don't have good adviser
whoes I can ask in daily experiment. So I really appreciate their
helps, ideas advises and kindness.
In addition, I also appreciate
many people who bring me to reach them now. The starting point was the
internship that I underwent from 2010 to 2011. That time, I had no idea
to graduate the PhD course because of the no data and no paper
published. I was almost gave up to graduate because I didn't have any
structure for my target proteins. That time , I met Mark who is the
professor in our university, he know the president of Rigaku and we
reached Dr. Sasaki. He was working at Rigaku Americas in that time and
related to BioSAXS. So it was great chance to do internship in US with
Dr. Sasaki and not only knew BioSAXS but also I could learn the
tequnique for analysis using BioSAXS! It was very interested in doing
experiment with SAXS because it brings the models that is close to the
structure. The models are like envelops, it only shows the outside of
the shape, bur I still can see something more tahn peaks in fluorescence
spectra or the band in SDS-PAGE! It showed more than shape and it was
more visualable. Moreover, many people working in the company gave me
good advices to improbe my data. At the same time, Dr. Sasaki introduced
Dr. Yamano and Dr. Matsumoto to me. They sent me so many information
when I was in US and are helping after I came back from Houston too. It
is not many time to visit them, but when I ask them to reserve their
equipment, they say sure and they look at my experimental data and
discuss about my research positively and then give me so many suggestion
and ideas to make better!
