I am at Narita Airport now! I am heading to Fukuoka to attend an academic meeting. This is first time to visit Fukuoka. I am so excited.

We came to Photon Factory in KEK, the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization. Our beam time is 24 hours this time.

This is the one of the job what I need to do everyday but this is also what I want to do because I can get new information and knowledges. New things make me excited.

How to get people to work effectively

Today I was thinking how to get people to work effectively.

When I work, I don't like to do one thing repetedly and I prefer to think how I can finish the job quickly and accurately. I would like to enjoy working instead of having a boring time.

I have thought up two ideas!!
One was that separate to small groups, three to four people and showed what we want at last. There might be some options to get the final results but people can think and try how to get there. In this way, people will have chances to think more and free to do anything if they can reach the goal. So the thinking freely and trying new things can stimulate people more and pull their abilities.

Second idea was especially for Japanese.
The idea is that just to have a time to talk about the works, jobs and tasks people are facing now and have a chance to comunicate each other related to these things. One person may show the good-points she/he find today or the others can show the idea to change the way to do a job and so on. Small comunications shows clear the small probrems and this finding gives you a chance to make a orbit adjustment for improving. People can gave common understandings and recognitions with chatting.  This affect positively for active working.

I think more comunications bring about coming up with more ideas. Both ideas are same in the point. I think showing less restrictions brings more positive effects!!

Time

What I am looking for is "time". What I am loosing is also "time".

Time.

This is what I am learning everyday and night.
How to use the time effectivelly is the one of the task in my life.
However, I think to look for something on the WEB and to serch one thing on the WEB is totally different but very close each other.

For instance, I start searching one thing on the WEB site and I find the other things before get the answer and get sidestacked. There are also traps everywhere on the WEB pages. And then time passes quickly!!! Sometimes, it happens unconsciously.  That's why, I notice that  I need to pay attention consciously not to waste my time just  looking for something habitually on the WEB site with no purpose  but I should look for things actively with particular reasons using WEB site.

Ramen

I came to Ramen shop. that locate very close to my house.

Yes, there is a big difference!!!

The compossitions of the running buffer were different which must be same.
Some times it happens at laboratory.....but I really hate it happens.

Please chaeck charefully when you make regents for everybody's use and make sure both the bittle and the composition are right

Sunrise

It is becoming customary to see sunrise.

I am not a morning person but I like sunrise that I am able to see before bed!

Somebody told me that sunrise make people's feeling more  up than sunset.

Actually I like both and physically sunset is easier to see in my living hours. However, I feel the word my friend told me is right. Evern if I am going to bed after that, I feel the brgining of the new day!!

Traditional Japanese Morning Glories

 

I went to National Museum of Japanese History to see special exhibition, Special Program at the Botanical Gardend of Everyday Life: Traditional Japanese Morning Glories.

Morning Glories are very familiar flower for us. I have grown morning glowlies when I was elementaly school student. My mom also grows it im her garden.However, I didn't know there are so many kinds of mornig glowlies!!

I saw a variety of glories with various colors, shapes of flowers and leaves and sizes.
I enjoyed so much♪

I left the company earlyer than usual and went out for dinner with my friend.

Unfortunately I washed my step counter which was in my pants pocket......

I have done many times in the past and I did again. Sometimes it's going to come back after dry. So I opened and tried to dry the inside.

Hopefully  it will come back.

I was taking a walk around Tokyo and Urakucyo stations.

It was nice fine day.
There are many tall buildings at this area and the sky we can see is not wide, but still I can see the nice sky between these building if I look up.

I feel like I didn't go out like this for a long time.

Today's mission was to go eat this GOLDEN SPOON's ice cream. The closest shop from my house located in Oazo (near Tokyo station)

Summer -> hot -> want to cool down myself  -> need cold foor -> ice cream!!

Information

There is so much information around us and around the world. I think there was many information at the past and it doesn't change. However, the way we see, search, transmit information has changed a lot in a short term and the amount of information is getting increasing rapidly. Use PCs and smart phones, we can access internet from everywhere at any time. The information is flooding and we will have some information even if we don't want.

I sometimes feel like I am looking for something in the huge pile of information and straggle with looking for an original information. I also encounter a temping information when I really don't want. However, I cannot quit searching information because I need to and I want.

To get along good with the information, what I need to do is
1. to evaluate the reliability and quality of the information and then chose.
2. to be smart enough to judge many kind of information in the world.
3. to have physical strength to face off against a bunch of information!!
Then, it is important....
4. to be careful and considered to transmit an information through the air or across the internet.

It is easy to see the surface of the things especially there is a huge information in the world. However, we need to look into the inside of the stuff to think and have your own ideas and feels. Otherwise, you may only dance to superficial information.

I found the morning glory.

Flowers, sun, right, air, temperature ....etc everything at outside reminds me the season and a regular life except research.

Now is the season of the morning glory.
This is summer and it is the summer..

CD measurement

I have 32 +10 samples and I am not sure how long it will take to finish these all samples measurements..

I just need high quality data for my paper!!
