How to get people to work effectively

Today I was thinking how to get people to work effectively.

When I work, I don't like to do one thing repetedly and I prefer to think how I can finish the job quickly and accurately. I would like to enjoy working instead of having a boring time.

I have thought up two ideas!!
One was that separate to small groups, three to four people and showed what we want at last. There might be some options to get the final results but people can think and try how to get there. In this way, people will have chances to think more and free to do anything if they can reach the goal. So the thinking freely and trying new things can stimulate people more and pull their abilities.

Second idea was especially for Japanese.
The idea is that just to have a time to talk about the works, jobs and tasks people are facing now and have a chance to comunicate each other related to these things. One person may show the good-points she/he find today or the others can show the idea to change the way to do a job and so on. Small comunications shows clear the small probrems and this finding gives you a chance to make a orbit adjustment for improving. People can gave common understandings and recognitions with chatting.  This affect positively for active working.

I think more comunications bring about coming up with more ideas. Both ideas are same in the point. I think showing less restrictions brings more positive effects!!
