Slightly Miss Brings A Big Difference

I was running same sample for these two.
Is there any difference?
Yes, there is a big difference!!!

The compossitions of the running buffer were different which must be same.
Some times it happens at laboratory.....but I really hate it happens.

Please chaeck charefully when you make regents for everybody's use and make sure both the bittle and the composition are right

I wanted to go home.....
